#11 Review: Etude House - Dear Girls Be Clear BB Cream

A month ago, I ordered a BB cream by etude house. I bought it from online shop and I have to join its pre order system, so it takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive to that online shop.
And I need to wait "again" for my BB cream sending to me by the seller.
Shipping just make me feel like crazy for waiting something.

But, it's okay...
My baby comes in good condition and it's on my hand right now.
Yeah, I can tell you everything is okay. For you guys who really worry to buy something in online shop,
you must try it. If you wanna buy a product which produced by another country, online shop is your solution. The price is cheaper than buy it from that counter. Really!!
Of course, first of all, you must find the trusted one.

This BB Cream is one of Etude House's new line around April 2013.
It's "Dear Girls Be Clear BB Cream".
I'm looking for BB cream which has a light texture, has SPF, has good coverage, and has good formula for my sensitive skin.
I read here and there, blog walking to another beauty blog, and I found this cute BB cream.

The first thing I really worry about this BB cream is its color shade. It has only one shade which I think it's too bright for my yellow skin-tone. Mmm, I thought it's like lights beige.
But "my lovely sister" said that this BBC will be blend really well with your skin color even you have no bright, fair, white, pinkish skin like Korean.
So, I decided to try this baby.

The second thing I worry about this product is its price. How cheap!!
It has free, healthy, and pure formula.
How can the BB cream with a great formula has a low price.
Butttt, when I see its net weight, I yelled...
"Ahhh, I see, I see..."

It isn't that "cheap"!!
It has only 30 gr, when another BB cream comes with 50-60 gr though.
And if you calculated the price and the weight, it's more expensive than another etude house's BB cream.
Don't worry! Even this product only has 30 gr in each tube. You only need a tony pea size to coverage a whole of your face and your neck.

With its soft application, this dual effect whitening + UV protection BB Cream promotes youthful skin with its natural coverage that conceals imperfections and uneven skin-tone.

PACKAGING
This BB cream has a ccuutteee packaging!!!
It's pink and really really cute.
The box looks so pretty with girls thingy prints like flower crown, butterfly, mirror, and heels.
The tube itself has a pink color with floral print.
Really CUTE!!
(I don't know how many times I will say "cute" in this post.)
It comes with a pink pump and it's more hygienic.

Tube, Backside - Pay attention to 12M, it means this product will last for 12 months after the lid is open.

FORMULA and TEXTURE
It claims that Dear Girls BB cream has 5 free, 5 vitamin (healthy), and 7 organic (pure) in it. As long as I read the ingredients in its box, I found that a half of this BB cream is organic things.
It has whitening formula and 30 SPF/PA++.
The texture itself has a lighter texture than another BB cream. It's creamy, but not grassy or oily. I do really love how great its texture when applying on my skin...
Its formula and texture makes this BBC so easy to blend out and spread out on your face, that's why I said above that you only need a tony pea size of this product.
And the best thing of this BB cream is I feel like I wear no make-up on my face.
It feels so light even I wears a few layers of make-up on it.

I can't read hangul, but I can see there's a pictures of fruits, seeds, herbals and etc. Hehehe.

SCENT
It has floral scent. So lovely...
Even its scent is really cute. It doesn't smells like a foundation or BBC as usual.
It smells like lotion, I think. The smells not too strong but very light...
I can't smell it when applying this BBC on my face. But when I sniff the pump and cream itself I notice the floral scent in it. For you guys who didn't like fragrance cosmetics, I think it's not a big deal for this product.

COVERAGE and SHADE
Dear Girls BBC has medium coverage, but it doesn't disappointing me.
Mmm, I think it's pretty good enough for BB cream.
I think every BBC has no full coverage.
If your skin needs full coverage for conceals your imperfection, you can use concealer after applying this BBC.
As it claims, this baby gives me natural coverage for my uneven skin tone...
I think I will never try to use BBC if I have no acne scars in my whole face.
Yes, the reason why I can not left my BBC is my uneven skin-tone, and my acne scars.
This BBC makes my skin bright and gives white effect by its shade.



FINISH LOOK
It doesn't give you matte finish but it's not giving you glowing effect too.
It has a bit shimmery, but doesn't make your skin has dewy finish.
It's in the middle. It makes your skin looks fair, bright, protect from UV with SPF 30/PA++.
Make you feels like wear no make up cause its light formula.

Ahhh, my bare face! Sorry for ma "bad" expression, LOL.

STAY POWER
Stay power of this BBC is quite good. and it makes my make-up stay longer on my face.
On my normal to oily skin, it stays around 4-5 hours. It's good enough because I can't wore make-up more than 5-6 hours since my skin is acne prone.
The oil control is quite good too. It doesn't make me feel oily or grassy.

PROS
Not pricey
Good coverage
Feels moisturizing and light
Has 30 SPF/PA++
Has light floral scents
Good oil control
Natural formula
Easy to blend out on skin
Stays around 4-5 hours on my skin without touch up

CONS
It comes in one shade (In my case, it's okay.)
The size is too small -_- like travel size. (Forgiven, because it's cheap.)
Not available in my town. (Thanks to OS, then. ^^)

For you guys who looking for a BB cream with light texture and UV protection, you should try this one.
I recommend it!!
